1. Introduction

Welcome to Yap - AI Travel Guide ("App").These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and 326 LAB - FZCO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our App, services, features, content, and technologies.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain and promptly update your information

  • Safeguard your account credentials

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App

  • Exploit the App for unauthorized purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, code, logos, trademarks, and design elements, are owned by 326 LAB - FZCO or its licensors.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

If the App includes paid features or subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed via a third-party provider

  • Subscription terms and renewal details will be specified in the App

  • You may cancel subscriptions according to the instructions provided

Free Trial. Some of our subscriptions include a trial period, where you can experience the App for a specified period at a reduced price (“Trial”). Subscription with the Trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription once your Trial expires.
Renewal and Cancellation. Your payment for the subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period. You must cancel your subscription [or Trial] before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next subscription period.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 326 LAB - FZCO and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" and/or providing notice through the App.
