Nerio may allow you to record audio or upload audio files, voice notes, and other files for transcription, summarization, note generation, or related features. These files may contain personal information, including your voice, the voices of others, and any information contained in the recordings or files you upload.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and legally required consents before recording, uploading, or processing any audio or other content through the App.

2.4 Transcripts, Notes, Summaries, and Other User Content

We collect and process the transcripts, summaries, notes, action items, titles, labels, and other content generated, uploaded, edited, saved, or exported by you through the App (“User Content”). This content may include personal information depending on what you choose to record, upload, or enter.
